By accessing our website or using any services provided by US Fleet LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Services
US Fleet LLC provides professional chauffeured transportation services including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate transportation, wedding transportation, prom services, event transportation, and hourly chauffeur service. All services are subject to availability.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from US Fleet LLC.
- US Fleet LLC reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup details, flight information, and contact numbers at the time of booking.
3. Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service type.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled ride will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled ride may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride will be charged the full booking amount.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare with no refund.
5. Wait Time Policy
- For airport pickups, US Fleet LLC provides a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival.
- For all other pickups, a complimentary wait time of 15 minutes is provided.
- Additional wait time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Being ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Ensuring all passengers behave respectfully toward chauffeurs
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or passengers
7. Vehicle & Fleet
US Fleet LLC reserves the right to substitute a reserved vehicle with one of equal or superior quality in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We maintain all vehicles to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
US Fleet LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, flight delays, or any circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which US Fleet LLC operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
10. Changes To Terms
US Fleet LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
