At US Fleet LLC, the safety and well-being of our passengers is our highest priority. In strict compliance with the City of Dallas Ordinance Sec. 47A-2.1.6, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances by our drivers while operating any vehicle on duty.
This policy prohibits any driver from using or being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any impairing substances during the course of service. Violation of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
